CHRONOLOGY

INITIATION  

Growing up surrounded by people who have dedicated their lives to textiles, I felt deeply drawn to texture, material, and color. I wondered how man and the machine converge to create meaning through this craft. A thread began to grow between possibility and form.

 

MAN BEFORE THE MILL  

My late grandfather began with a handcrafted spinning apparatus. His meticulous attention to detail, faith, and unwavering persistence sowed the seeds of art, machines, and community. From wood and strings grew a world that became the origin of what I later found myself immersed in. 

2019  

As a gesture to merge my heritage with my aspirations, a handcrafted ecology was externalized through the weaving of history and experiential creation. A devotional quest for color, meaning, and craftsmanship became my way of seeing.

 An ever-evolving central presence for the aesthetics of life itself.
